Manual instruction
1. The GPL-40.5 bevel gear mechanism is for manual operation of GPJN22-40.5/31.5 Indoor High Voltage Earthing Switch, applicable for GPN1-40.5 switchgear and other similar equipment.
2. The rotation angle of operation shaft is 270°:90° (Open-Close).
3. The operation mechanism as the picture showed is right operation of the close center line as operation mechanism’s axis line, left operation will reverse assembly in factory. Users can assembly it on the left side as picture showing.
4. The V shape axis hole in the mechanism installed earthing switch main axis. Draw attention when mechanism fixed with cabinet.
a) In the operating rotation axis line device, small bevel gear should be engaged at large bevel gear teeth on the No. 3-4 position.
Otherwise it will cause not reach the requirement of rotating corner.
b) The square core connection rod matching with the user’s connection sleeve with holes drill 2- Φ 8, front cabinet operating handle selected the best position for well operation.
c) Suggest to select Φ 16x700 single rod operation handle with suitable operation force.
5. Earthing switch can match a 1NO 1NC or 2NO 2NC micro-switch (Common type without micro-switch) for the open-close status indicating and electric control.
