GPS1 Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear
SIVACON8PT is a new low-voltage power distribution device newly designed by Siemens. It has circuit breaker technology, fixed installation technology, withdrawable technology and plug-in technology design. It is safe, reliable, flexible and diverse, and is widely used in the construction industry and industrial technology. field.
Low-voltage power distribution devices (TTA) that have passed the type test;
The horizontal busbars are uniformly arranged above the switch cabinet;
The rated current of 3-pole and 4-pole horizontal busbar system can reach 7400A;
Rated peak withstand current 1pk can cause 375kA;
The device compartment has a large depth dimension and is suitable for various installations;
The device compartment can be divided into different units according to the module structure;
The switch cabinet can be installed on one side or back to back;
The incoming line can adopt the upper incoming line or the lower incoming line;
Outgoing cables can be connected at the front or at the rear of the cabinet.
SIVACON 8PT low voltage switchgear has four designs: circuit breaker design, fixed installation design, plug-in design and withdrawable design.
The circuit breaker is designed for practice. The current of the horizontal busbar can be divided into three gears: 3200A, 4000A, and 7400A. The cable connection compartment can be at the side or the rear, and the circuit breaker can be converted from the connection position, the test position to the separation position. The door can only be opened when the circuit breaker is in the disconnected position, which maximizes personal safety.
The fixed installation cabinet adopts the modular structure, so that the feeding circuit can be combined arbitrarily in the cabinet. Fixed or plug-in molded case circuit breakers, fuse-type isolating switches, or strip-type isolating switches with fuses are installed in the cabinet, and the maximum rated current of the distribution bus is 1400A; The protection grade is IP20B, and the 3NJ6 bar-type fuse switch is used, and the whole cabinet does not need to be powered off when the device is replaced. Power factor compensation cabinets are available in choke type and non-choke type.
Each drawer of the withdrawable design has a connection position, a test position and a detachment position. Drawers above 125A have a labor-saving mechanism that can overcome the friction during the drawer's advancement. The maximum rated current of the drawer is 630A, and the modules of the drawer are 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700mm.
The plug-in design is to install the fixed device on the slat, and the slat is provided with the main circuit inlet plug and the auxiliary circuit plug, and the main circuit outlet cable is directly connected to the outlet device by means of fixed wiring. This design is more economical.
In order to meet the needs of designing projects according to BS standards, all designed busbar systems have been subjected to a 3S rated short-time withstand current test.
